What's For Dinner?
Yup, it came out perfect, one of the better batches we have made, and my neighbours loved it. The top layer is just a light coating of sauce, and grated parm. cheese spread evenly on top, with some parsley tossed on for good measure after it comes out. No big dump of mozzarella cheese on top, simple and light often works better, the mozz (Moots) is spread inside the layers.
