Sounds great. Our grill gets shut down over winter, I have learned to grill them pretty good indoors until BBQ season comes back. Our son likes peppercorn sauce so I try to make that to put on top at the end. I also like them medium rare

Last night, Mrs. Trunkie tried a Roman/Detroit pizza dough for the first time. Tiny pepperoni and mushroom. It was tasty.

Boneless, skinless chicken breast with some italian seasoning and sauce and a little cheese on top with green beans and corn.

That sounds interesting, can you elaborate on that more ? I often hear of Detroit style pizza as I live 2 hours from Detroit, but I have never tried it. I have also heard of Chicago style deep dish pizza, and of course New York style pizza. I'm a huge pizza fan, never met one I didn't like. lol.
