actually he like you cooks a lot of foods but yeah his passion is not just reg Grilling but Low & Slow Smoking such things as Ribs, Pork Butt for Pulled Pork, Brisket etc....on the Steaks he usually does do those on the Gas Grill with some of his home made Steak Butter on top near the end. VERY flavorful

& Med Rare for me

That sounds interesting, can you elaborate on that more ? I often hear of Detroit style pizza as I live 2 hours from Detroit, but I have never tried it. I have also heard of Chicago style deep dish pizza, and of course New York style pizza. I'm a huge pizza fan, never met one I didn't like. lol.
