I kow your kidding but a HS phsics teacher said it best when he described 3 guys moving sand bags. One guy lifted them 3 feet and gave them to another guy who carried them at waist level for a mile and handed them to another guy who carried them down a 30 foot ladder.
the first guy does almost all the work. the second guy did very little and the third.... does less than no work, it's negative work.
