Default Hey Freq, got a question for you!

Any idea if these rims are worth any money?

I have 4 of them, all 15x8. They look like a 2 piece rim and I'm not sure of the off set (there either 0 or -25ish), but after some Google searching they are made by a USA company called CT&W. There stamped with a production date of 2005. That's all I can find. There obviously for the off road people with 4x4's or lifted trucks, or possibly someone in the VW community.

VERY popular amongst the 4X4 crowd.

Sadly, they are next to worthless. I had a line on some similar wheels BNIB, set of 5 for $120 but passed because of the offsets.

Put them, on Craigslist, see what happens.

That's what I figured. They have rims like this all over the internet BNIB. They are heavy as hell though

I think they would look pretty damn good on the VW, slap those on with a cup kit or some coilovers and your looking good.

I'm not sure, but you're more than welcome to check them out.

I did a quick measurement in the garage and they look like 5x5 which is most likely not correct since I half assed it. I found some rims similar on a website which had a patten of 5x4.5 online, so I am going to say they are in that area. There is a sticker on the outside barrel that says VW and has some year information. I think it said 86+ VW models.

Like I said, if you want to check them out let me know. I sent a few text to some buddies with 4x4's to see what they can do.

I'd just like to sell them and make a few dollars. If I can get 50$ a rim I'd be content. Most steelies go for that or more online and you have to factor in shipping.
