So i recently got back from my stay at the Poconos to do my "nascar experience" (best B-day gift, best GF). Anyway I was nervous as all hell since the rain has been consistent and i was anticipating the event being called off!

However the clouds cleared for several hours and the track was dry !

Anyway the crew there was excellent, really made the driver feel confident and safe. The cars were amazing, barreling into turns and screaming out of the apex was quite the rush, not to mention attempting to hit 180MHP on the straight aways!

Overall it was an amazing experience that i would seriously consider doing again. I would suggest choosing at least 16 laps since they go by VERY fast.

 

You should try a road course at Pocono in your own car .........

I did this and it was a freaking blast. I would suggest that everyone does it if they have the extra cash.
