Oh forgot to mention not to feel tooooo bad. At least they took fault and I have a police report to ease the insurance payout time.

Time for new hood + bumper.

AP-2? Do you still have your stock hood?

I do still have my stock hood, and I'm thinking I may go with a urethane j's style front bumper, or considering the carbon version as well but only if insurance pays enough to replace my fenders as well

I just wonder if I'll end up scratching on my driveway with any kind of lip

Bah, looked at it again, if only they had hit the same spot on the other side I would have had a nice ram-air effect until it got fixed.

Nearly identical to where I got hit, except tha mud flap took 1/2 the hood with it.

Total damage for me was about 2300 after blending everything. They even replaced the side emblems due to 'fragile' nature. go figure.

I hope they are as generous to me, seeing as how my carfax sheet is no longer clean. Luckily I have no intent on selling the car anytime soon, so it really shouldn't make any difference.
