Number one thing, dont buy Buddy CLubs, to many freakin problems. Anyhow, Frank had Teins and it wasnt to his liking, but others feel otherwise. Once you get the coilovers the only thing you need is an alignment and your ready to roll. If you want a little extra edge, get a X brace. Most the other braces dont do much. Depending how low you slam it, look into the driveshaft spacers.
Thanks Jackson... I've actually been looking in the other forums as well. Seems my 18" wheels aren't exactly ideal for handling. I'm going to go with the coilovers and see where I'm at at that point.
How aggressive should my camber adjustments be... I've heard of "european alignments" ... I have no idea what this means but can only think that its a lot more camber at the expense of the tires... I dont know

Use these specs and it won't eat up tires:
Front Camber: -0.7 to -1.0
Front Toe: 0
Rear Camber: -1.6 to -1.8
Rear Toe: 1/16th Toe In
That will give you neutral handling and won't affect tire wear. This is assuming you actually drive you car hard. If you drive like a granny all the time, do not get these specs.
Now in terms of picking coilovers, what purpose are these for? Street/Track/Autox, a combination? Do you prefer a comfortable ride or a very stiff one?

Nishant... I definitely am a hard driver and thats why I noticed a sharp change in handling when I lowered the car and put on the 18's. The rear slides out a lot more and the front end is soft and getting softer as the shocks are wearing.
I'd like to track my car but I'm not going to make a habit out of it. I drive it hard on local back roads. I'm looking at Tein Flex because of the easy adjustability with the EDCU... that way i can dial in the settings on the fly depending on the driving conditions.
Whatcha think?

do not buy tein flex and edfc...they suck
its a great setup for other cars, but not the s2000. edfc is just a bling piece, and its the biggest PITA to install and un-install. The flex were fine for driving around, but eventually they lost their flair. The ride got bumpy and not tolerable, so i sold them.
im running Zeal function b6 right now. 8kg spring rates all around, and the ride is comfortable as hell. the zeals may have low spring rates, but they are valved high. when stiff they are tighter than the tein flex.
i placed my zeals next to the teins on the floor, and the quality is night an day. the teins looked like toys...
if i can do suspension all over again i would like to try out the gp sports coilovers. i hear nothing but good things from them.
key to coilovers is setting your goals.
1. do you want to drive your car daily?
2. track once in a while?
3. just race?
once you know this you can set a budget and go from there.

How bout Ohlins OR KW? I don't have the time or money to experiment on different coilovers. I want this to be one purchase for the life of the coilovers.
Ohlins is good stuff, a little pricey.
How about Arogasta or Motion...they are sickly expensive.
If i ever change suspension again i am going with the Zeal super function r's

KW gets awesome reviews from everyone here on the West Coast.
They seem like a great deal and offer great performance. That's what I will be switching to in the spring.
