This is in series, there is 1-12, then 13-26 I believe and then the third series of about 5. made from about 2006-2008 and then again in 2010. Its Anime at it's finest. Lots of action, cool guns, swearing, hot chicks, great sounding cars, action in bars, characters from all over the world,helicopter fu , neo nazis, underwater action, mafia, cartels, smuggling, dangerous and powerful women, flashbacks, and a story that seems to go someplace and ends up nowhere. I enjoyed it, you can find it on the net or adult swim has some of it.
