A lonely place to die
This is another IFC type film that was shot beautifully in rural Scottland. It is a story of american mountain climbers that happen accross something unusual in the deep woods, only to change their lives forever.
There is action, mountain climbing, falling off a cliff, gunplay with all types of weapons, really bad dudes, innocent bystanders getting killed, underwater action, accidental arson, a very well written plot that unfolds in it's own time.
Shot will eurotrash B actors and a couple of american's thrown in, nobody you have seen or heard of before. Well directed adn filmed and very well written, tension and thrills abide. takes a few minutes to get going then it is pedal to the metal all the way. 9 outta 10.
the title is not quite right to me.
