Yes, but as a car fan, I felt obliged to watch it. I agree with the OP that it could indeed be the [second] worst movie ever made, behind only Son of the Mask.

yes, absolutely horrible film... it had no redeeming qualities... even the car races/chases were badly filmed and didn't really make any sense. It still boggles me that a film like that can be made... i mean, how could the director sleep at night knowing he put together such a badly thought out, inept film that is most known for totaling a GT and crashing an enzo....
