A tale of revenge and coming to grips with your destiny...Australian outback 10 years after the "event"that turned it into a wasteland. Guy Pierce is in his Holden when he comes across a small settlement, while away from the car a band of bad guys steals his Holden and that begins the adventure. Guy wants his car back and has no patience for idiots....
There are circus performers, especially a dwarf. What to look for is a superb performance given by the kid "Rey"(actor Robert pattinson from twilight), it's amazing. There is action, there is death and destruction and some blood and gun play. The film moves slowly through this mess all the while you are asking yourself....what is this guy so dead set on getting his car back? There is a pretty good writing , direction, casting, and special effects. I give it an 9 outta 10 cause the performance by the actor that plays Rey( the character is a southern us oil worker who comes to Australia for the work...played by an English actor) is on par with the Joker by heath ledger....and Guy is excellent as well.
