Well I'm a bit behind the technology curve compared to some of you, but I just ordered the Modifry dash mount, Nuvi ball, and a cable to connect my phone to my Alpine stereo. Goodbye CD's (at least in this car - one less piece of mess in the passenger compartment!).

Hoping the mount is solid enough to run something like ADyno or ALap on my phone for some Dragon runs. Anyone else tried this, or something similar?

FYI ALap & ADyno are android apps that record data like g forces and gps location, can measure 0-60, 1/4mi, etc etc
