Mitch....

I'm sure we will get in a number of good rurn.. plus there are a number of other roads around that we can take that are almost as windy, but can be taken at higher speeds.

The road down to Fontana Dam is a extremely nice drive......

There is a huge difference between driving fast and driving like an idiot. Stay in your own lane, keep all 4 tires between the lines, and don't aggrivate the bikers and police patrol. The road along the lake will be speed enforced, the drive leaders (Raul, Dave, et al) need to keep the speed along 129 down to the posted limit. If you see a cop, radio it with your FRS, and a few people should repeat that warning.

Hopefully they won't be videotaping from their lookout.

WestSide....you know that I usually drive 'rapidly' and not like an idiot. I look forward to running the Dragon.

Saturday afternoon I plan on either doing the "Cherry Cola" skyway, or the road thru Joyce Kilmer that we took last time... or finding some other roads....

This is my first trip to the Dragon. I could be wrong but it just appears to me that there will be a lot of cars and bikes trying to share this one road. I would imagine that it could get a bit congested especially if the police are "enforcing" heavily. If there are other good roads in the area, I am all about visiting them as well.

there are plenty of options, many many fun roads.

I am definitely not the fastest car.
