Default 2JZ in an S2000?

Hi all! I am going to be swapping a 2JZGTE VVT-i engine into an s2000 sometime this winter and I have a few questions.

First of all, if there is anybody who has done this swap successfully and is willing to guide me through if I get stuck please message me.

1) Is there any really nice build threads you would recommend? I searched and found a couple but sometimes the good ones can be hiding somewhere.
2) What are my transmission options? I really want to run a BMW m3 Getrag 5 speed but i'm not sure if they fit the trans tunnel. I want to minimize hammer use.
3) What rear ends are people going with? The car will make roughly 600 tq to the wheels.

Thanks,
