I'm not versed in the options but you'll definitely need a 3rd party modification to make the OEM controls work.

never hear of Dual in the realm of car radio, old turntables sure. the aftermarket controls needed to use the own controls would have to work via IR or direct connect to the radio.

modifry's control are awesome,a nd you have to have a radio that will work with it

check his website

I'm not sure the Dual receivers have anything to do with the olde, wonderful Dual turntables. All I'm seeing is $60 versions and the S2000 already has a $60 radio installed. Somehow playing with an iPod in a S2000 just doesn't seem right to me either. But with the top down it's difficult to listen to anything anyway at speed.

dual is a low end unit..

I do not believe modifry interfaces with one, though with your remote, he might be able to modifry it..

you should be able to get an aftermarket stereo wiring plug so you can wire to that and then plug it into the factory harness... ebay...

I installed an Axxess ASWC-1 in-between my Alpine unit and the dash controls.
Easy plug and play and I know it works with all head unit brands. Definitely something to look into if you want to retain your dash controls.

You will need to make sure the headunit has a remote input, otherwise buying a 3rd party adapter is useless. If you look on crutchfield this is listed in the speciications.

upgrade the headunit is your best solution. The Modifry adapter works great.
