THIS is what i FEAR.I'm willing to bet more than 12 people today wished there was an armed individual to counter the killer. Wouldn't it have been nice if a police officer was there at the start of the mayhem?
I'm also betting that there are a few people from that situation today that are considering carrying a weapon now.
I'm really curious to hear about the assailant. Who he was, his background, his interest in carrying out this rediculous task, and if he had any previous issues with the law or violence.
I hope the families of the victims can find peace soon. This, for me, would be one of the worst ways to lose a friend or family member

Technically picking up a chair and throwing it at the shooter would have been destruction of property and assault on another. But ... we'd all do it if it meant saving a life ... right?
