they are out EVERYWHERE!!
driving 44 from Leesburg to I75. Right before hwy301 (wildwood=BFE) there he was sitting on the right side of the road under some trees! Wow.
But, he obviously had better things to do ... i went by him at nearly 60 in a 35mph zone (along with 13 other cars) and he didn't even budge. I guess there is a slacker with every job.

first of all, if you're only doing 10 over on I-4 you're considered "slow"
and second of all, during the day (which is apparently when they are out) there is ALWAYS other people around on I-4
if they were doing this on a straight backroad out in the boonies, then i would agree with you. I-4 on the other hand, is like a herd of zebras trying to get away from the crocodile in the river lol
