I would use Wolfgang Sealant on it. Lasts a good long while -6months- in the Florida heat.

I use Klasse AIO on the wifes beater (it lives outside and gets hit with sprinklers at work), super easy application (wipe on, wipe off) it looks good and lasts about 4 months beween applications. (seriously though not much more time involved than a simple washing).

I use the same stuff on the S, but top it with Pinnacle Souveran.($$$)

I LIKE THE SPRAY NANO WAX FROM EAGLE ONE. I USE IT EVERYOTHER WASH. IT TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES TO DO. HOWEVER IT IS GARAGE KEPT. THE BUGS BLOW OFF

It's a carnuba paste wax, hailed by many as the best wax in the world, it better be for $80 a tin. I've been using it since 1999, and I have tries others: PS21 concours, Zymol, Even Zaino. This is still my favorite.

Linky

To the OP, not recommending this for the leased vehicle, I'd throw some Klasse on it and forget about it.
