THE FUGGER IS ALIVE!
My camera is in my car and I do not have my USB with me so I can not post the pics we took last night, but here is the cliffs notes version of the whole story:
March 9th noises started manifesting in my engine. Coming and going at different times this buzz or fast click started off as sub engine noise and then grew and seemed to move around the engine. Over the week, todd and I tried to rule out what it could be (pulley going bad, Vtec Solenoid/Cam chain tensioner, etc etc) to no avail.
A week ago saturday, the engine whigged out while on a evening run after Sonic. Vtec made the car go nutso and my oil light would flicker. After a roadside detention by Clearwater's finest and an impromptu inspection by Brian and myself we determined that the biotch was not happy. So we limped it over to the shop.
Last night after we trouble shooted many things from the valvecover down through the Head we finally cracked into the block and found much evidence of death to either the main bearings or those other bearings (my mind is failing me right now). No scoring on the cylinders or evidence of a thrown rod but still some scary stuff going on in there. We will know more tonight as we remove the crank and see what is really going on in there.
Pics to come ASAP
Many thanks go out to Jcarlton, Nelson, Brian and Todd for all helping out last night. Further proof that the members around here are the best ever!!!!

How does it go per Ron White? When life gives you lemons try and make lemonade and then find someone who has vodka and make it a party. This is an opportunity Rob. Build her and you will cum. Freudian slip...oops!

make her stronger ROB. When you are in there swapping out internals, you may as well look at this unfortunate set of circumstances an opportunity.
