Grant (fltsfshr) needs our thoughts and prayers
Grant, glad to see you're resting up at home minus the Advil PM. We'll keep the mojo flowing!
BTW, where on earth did you find that avatar?
We've been back in that Sam's Club many times but they no longer allow the meat to be packed in such a "Butt cut." happy to see that you're getting some use out of the picture.

Grant...I am glad to see you back up and running.
take it easy my friend. I am a major surgery survivor and you have to take everything super slow during the healing process. even if you are feeling better, make sure to reach and make your milestones very conservatively. The body can fool you when it comes to things like this.
the surgery ahead will test you in many ways. Stay strong and know that everyone around you care for you and want to help you.
This post will make much more sense to you 6 months from now, trust me...

You need to see a doctor more than every 30 years!
Glad you are back and hope the heart get fixed with no problems.
That's scary about the Advil. I have been taking Tylenol (sp?) PM every night for a year to help me sleep. If I don't take it, I don't sleep, so I kind of don't have an option.
Take care,
Dave

^ Grant - you may appreciate this. Some time ago, I saw a story about a man who was sailing around the world alone. He had been taking an aspirin every day and accidentally cut his hand/arm - something like that. Well, his blood was so thin, it wouldn't coagulate and he had a real problem stopping the bleeding. Fortunately, he had radio communication with a doctor, who helped him out and basically saved him from bleeding to death. It is definitely a tradeoff between benefits and risk!
