I am not here to FLAM someone.. its because of the fact that I have not spoken to Todd at all this year.. The only thing i get from Todd is a PM here and there.. and nothen detail about whats going on. He never even told me where and when he was moving my car. How can u do that to someone.. All i want, since i cant get any answers with Todd or Andy, is to find out where the new shop is and to make sure my car is there. All i want is to know where my car is so i can make plans to pick it up..

Have at it

Here is what is going to happen:

1. We are going to get the A side of an A/B situation
2. People are going to speculate, comment and assume things they have no idea about
3. things are going to spiral to a point where there will be little hope of resolution
4. A community will be privy to a business situation they have no business seeing concerning a project that has been frought with very tough situations to overcome and deal with.

good business or bad, 2nrwerks and Rod need to handle this outside of our eyes. Todd is not in the habit of trying to screw people. there is a TON of info we dont have concerning this project, just like every other "problem" 2nrwerks has had.

Rod is weilding a very large and sharp blade in this situation. We don't know whats going on and Todd has no obligation to come on here and air out any laundry concerning this or any other "problem" he has ever had with anyone. That would not be good business IMHO. Todd has to make this right on his side but this thread is NOT the arena to do it in.

nothing good for either party will result in this thread being open or even existing for that matter....trust me on this one

have fun
With the amount of business they receive just from this site alone is reason enough to allow this thread to be open. People need to know not only of their good but the bad also. Then they can make a more informed decision about where they take their business.

I don't think this situation should be swept under the rug. The lack of communication skills this shop presents is abysmal. This is coming from experience.

The specifics of the situation are unknown. I will not comment on that. I would not let this thread get out of hand with speculation. That is why we as CO's have post editing/deleting priveledges.

If they didnt want it to come to this level they should have dealt with it when they had the chance. Now the guy wants his car back and they are no where to be found.... If it was my car and I had no response from them I would have reported the car stolen and they would have alot more to worry about.

<---officially removing himself from the situation.

I will help make contact and foster whatever communication I can on the backend but I am too close to the situation to be effective or objective

Willie and crew will have to moderate this thread the way they see fit.

Good luck man, I don't see anything wrong in you posting your experience, I would probably do the same thing if I was in the same situation (might even seek legal action). But good luck though, I know how it can get when a car has your shop and there is no sort of contact. I can't imagine not having my car for over 18 months.

ok, I'm here and I'm sure that 2nrwerks have either been contacted or will be shortly. It's ugly that it has come to this, and I'm sure there are two sides to this story.

I hope that both parties resolve this and soon.

Please keep uninformed opinions and assumptions to your self. this has been an ongoing issue with this owner and many other owners have had great experiences with 2nrwerks.

Please let the two involved solve this issue. Any extreme Flames or Defenses will be deleted. Fair warning.

I've heard quite a few bad stories about them off the site so I personally would never take a car to them anyways, but they get a lot of business from here so any reviews, positive or negative, should be allowed. Leaving only the positive and limiting the negative is doing a disservice to every member that reads this subforum.

Rob, it makes you look REALLY bad when positive threads are allowed but negative ones are locked, as you should be as neutral as possible in this type of thread.

the only problem with that is it gets waaay off topic. This guy wants to know about his car. We don't need boasts or flames in this thread. We need to get the lines of communication open. That's it.
