I only locked it to keep the rumor mill from churning. I even posted that he got his point out and was not editied in any way. I did not delete the thread.
My freindship with todd aside, I have the responsibility to foster good relationships here on this site. people can draw their own conclusions from this thread all day without any interference from me.
Rod airing out his dirty laundry is fine. I dont expect Todd to do the same so we are only going to get one side of this story. As we all know there is always two sides of any story.

Primo We know Todd's your friend and I've read lots of posts both here and in the nsx forums where you tried to help and moderate a couple problems people have had.
I have to say however, it's not Rod's dirty linen. He went to Todd based on the recomendations made in this forum. I know he looked at dave from liberty as well when he made his builder choice.
Rod's a good guy too. I think you made the right decision in backing out of moderating this thread. Like you, I don't think it needs to be a tear down of anyone. But maybe we can give him some help.
Anyway I hope someone goes and looks, and I hope it resolves itself amenably.

I dont want a witch hunt.. it just bothers me that i dont even know if my car is there at the shop. Weeks go by and i dont hear anything.. What can i do?? I want to resolve this just as much as Todd..I dont like posting up on the forums and i have tried to stay clam and cool over the past 1 1/2+ years. If the shop is closeing down and moving I would like to know about it and not hear it from someone else...

I tow the same line everytime someone posts some horror story with Todds shop. yes he has issues with comm, yes it is bad, yes it is not right, but everytime something like this happens there is a side of the situation that is not discussed by party A and that party B will not stoop to discuss because it is between A and B only. Us party C's out here have no bearing on the situation and can therefore offer no help, recourse, advice or add anything constructive to situation.
My last words on this subject and my only words in my defense of how I handle these situations.
