Todd is MOVING his shop.... I have heard nothing of his shop closing or he even alluding to it closing.

There is a ton of things I want to say right now, but it is not my place to discuss things I do not know 100%

This whole thread is F**ked up in more ways than one. Nothing I can say or do will be acceptable because of my realtionship with Todd.

There is a singular true story out there about all of this and I dont have it.

Just as long as Todd keeps all parties aware of what is happening to 2nrwerks (as far as moving/closing etc).

Communication is the key.

Well i have delt with shops for many years and this seems to happen alot. Honestly you said your car has been there a year and you dont hear anything. How can you not be involved in the build? You have to stay on top of things like this

This situation is a tough one for many of us, not to want to post an opinion (or response).....either good or bad. But, here is mine.

None of us can say for a 100% certanity what is going on. There are two sides to every story and we as a whole, we will never hear the absolute TRUTH.

A). But, business is business.
B). Your business is not our business.

If you think that you are being dealt with in deceit and treachery, keep the drama off the site and take it up with the secular authorities. There is an expression used in the business environment that states ...."you cannot sue and sell..." What this means is that you cannot (and should not) pursue a business relationship with someone that has not the commitment in fullfilling the desired outcome. In your case, satisfaction is the desired result. I doubt that at this point, you will ever be in that position.

There will no justice in airing this matter out on these threads, no matter what the outcome. Someone will get burned, regardless of the facts, or the innocent intention. Keep focused on the business relationship and use the Law as your purpose and place to extract retribution, not these boards.

Sorry in advance if my comments are taken out of context...............

Communication is one of the positives that will emerge from the consolidation of the two shops . There is an awareness of communication issues with reguards to 2nerwerks and they are being worked on . Thiis is a problem that I believe is just a matter of miscommuniction . I certainly hope it all works out very quikly

The guy only wants to know where his car is or will be when he picks it up in May. Nothing more, nothing less. He is not in a position to be able to keep tabs on the situation due to his location (Miami, I believe) and the lack of returned phone calls, email, pm's.
