That's my issue with it as well...I can get an AEM cheaper than that...and TWM's ITB's are about $300 cheaper as well (so far)...if the fuji ITB's are only going to come with the stock s2000 basemap, I may only get the ITB's from them and get the AEM from somewhere else.

But ive been reading up on TWM's set up... and the 2000 series which are for our cars saids in one of the steps of the instruction guide that

http://www.twminduction.com/ThrottleBody/2000_inst.html

To insure the ports on the manifold line-up with the head, place a new intake gasket on the cylinder head. Use two bolts or studs to insure alignment between both head and the gasket. Use a Sharpie pen to outline the material that needs to be removed. If material needs to be removed use a carbide burr or sanding drum and a die grinder. If you do not feel comfortable porting the manifold and head, please consult your engine builder. TWM will not be held responsible for mistakes caused by improper port matching.

^ thats the exact pic TWM has on their instructions page...soo... does that mean in order to install TWM ITB one must port the head to match it???? if thats the case maybe fuji's ITB doesnt reguire that..which in the long run becomes cheaper then TWMs since for theres set up you have to port it...but that still doesnt make up for the high price in selling the AEM as a combo...

There is one person that I know of for sure has the TWM itb's, but I've never seen them post. I'm not totally sure about the porting of the head, but I would suspect that the manifold is not to far off from the head. I've replaced my intake manifold gasket with the hondata gasket, and I can tell you that our intake ports do not resemble either the gasket or the aluminum casting in that picture. That's a good question though...

In the video?? It's the Hytech header and exhaust...if you want one, go back in time to when they still made them...or else you can wait like the rest of us for those few priveledged people that have them to finally give them up...be prepared to give your first 4 children and soul for it, as well.

W/o a doubt the best header/exhaust combo ever made for our cars...its a shame they don't make them anymore.

I believe it's possible to pull that hp and tq just from tuning the car with aem. The S runs so pig rich from the factory it's ridiculous. The increase in power around VTEC is because it was lowered, and from what i can see from the chart it should be lowered a little bit more. But once again we were talking about not seeing an increase on boosted cars because of the limitations of the head.

AEM base maps are just that, BASIC. They MAY get your car to start and that's about it. I don't know anyone who just loads a map and drives. It doesn't work that way. If you're going to buy an AEM setup, you must have a tuner set it up and tune it. I would never run a car on just a base map.

thanks to everyone for adding their replys.. it's helped me make up my mind about my ITB purchace. N/A all the way!.... oh, and by the way, turbo+ITBs... good.. but not the same as N/A + ITB... look at the SR20DET setup that drifters have, way too expensive.
