Default I've had enough

Well I have to say that this was something I've thought about alot since the last drive, and I've decided that that was offically my last FL S2k event. I'm not sure what has happend to the majority of owners, but it just seems that there are alot of people here who love to just cause drama for no reason. Even on the last drive that I wasn't apart of I got to read a huge thread about people crossing the center line and how "immoral" it was. And that coming from the same people who where speeding, like one is safer than the other. Anyway, I'm not going to draw this out. I'll still be around, mostly at 2NRWerks helping Rick, but no more functions for me. Peace.

Man do I ever understand. I love the meets so much that I just cannot stay away. We know who the guys are with all the bitching, morals, teaching lessons, reprimands. To be very frank, I wish they would shut the Hell up unless there is really a safety issue that needs to be addressed. I saw a thread where "someone" stated they viewed the last runs videos and it looked like there was not a lot of lane corssing. Thanks a lot! Man, is that the only reason you look at a video, to critique it, to find blame! I look at a video to enjoy it. I have a gooioid feeling we are going to split into two groups, the moral ones and the heathens. By the way, I am a heathen! Bill

they always come back...

anywho Scorpion, i dont think u should quit them all together just because people like to bitch and moan. its comes with all things in life and by our forum site being so vast in age. me 18 and i know someone was in their 60's. its only natural for some people to feel like the parent of the group and try to teach them the error of their ways. personally idc what people do as long as no one gets hurt. we all have a free will to do as we please, but were all sinners on this forum i find it sad many cast stones. but dont lower urself to them by quiting. the drives are meant to be fun and exciting. so we have a few bumps were still getting the hang of it. this was what our second one? my first one? were still learning. i think u'll find even thou there is bull drama at the end of the day it was still amazing and frankly the greatest day of my life.

i hope u dont quit coming to group events or drives or w/e they are. for were a community essentially and we all need to learn from each other. a community is only as strong as its weakest link.

NOOO!!!! Come on Brian you cant just stop coming man, its not going to be fun without you. (Your shirt was freaking hilarious) I know it sux that people are the way they are (You probably have a shirt for those type of people) but who cares really. I REALLY think by now that everyone got the point and let this die out already so im hoping that on the next event that its going to be almost similar but also hoping that you come along as well.

The event at Universal City Walk is a meet, and there is no drive involved (besides getting there).

I sure hope you can attend the event with us, as 2NRwerks is scheduled to attend.

Scorpion,

I've been on a few drives with you and have met you a couple of times. To me you seemed like a stand up guy and I always thought your car was pimp. For you to say that you quit these events (that I know you love so much) just because of the "forum drama" doesn't make sense. If you don't like the drama then just stay out of it. It's pretty easy to just not read portions of this Forum.

Without getting all analytical, I think Jim's misfortune was an eye opener to a lot of members on these boards. It could have gone a lot worse.

Anyhow, I wish you (and any of your followers) would reconsider. There are many great events to come.

Either way, it was great to meet you.

cheers.

Anyway, I can't stand being part of a group that bitches more than they have a good time. I used to have fun on these drives and at the meets, but even sitting there eating BBQ I was over hearing people taliking smack about others. It's just not what I want to be apart of.

Those of you who are my friends know that I will still hang out with you, I just won't be attending any major FL events...to include the City Walk.
