Are we saying that the Nintendo , Playstation & Xbox should bear none of the responsability here . J/K ...... I think that most of the population in the USA does not want to even concider thet fact that something might be their fault . I know that if I make a mistake and put someone in the hospital for doing something stupid that I am going to be the one to pay for MY mistake . If you can not accept the consequence of the actions you take then take no action at all . Iknow if I speed thatI can get caught or really hurt myself or someone else . The result of me thinking this through for .01 second is not to speed (to much)

gawd neons are gay! some guy came up to my store tuesday wanting wiper blades for his neon, got the absolute cheapest ones we sell (made out of plastic) and on top of that he needed a 18 and 21 but those cheap ones arnt made in a 21 so he got a 20 for the driver side. and then asked me to put them on... go out its a neon with stock rims painted white and faded red paint with white vinyl on the hood and doors and a huge shopping cart wing, but atleast it was the right direction. so im putting them on and see that he painted the interior red and then i notice the huge tac with matching shift light mounted dead center on top of the dash and im just thinking god i know this thing is an auto... lean over and sure enough theres the auto with the ricer shift knob on both the auto shifter and e-brake.

just the icing on the poop cake!

And the media bullshit slanted spin on the tires??? Those are f.ucking Hoosier A6 autocross tires, no other tire on the planet "grips, brakes, and steers" like those tires.
While it is true that DOT slicks grip very well, there is some level of truth to them being dangerous. Race tires can be a hazard because, even while they stick immensely, offer little to no warning before they lose traction. And once traction is gone, it is very hard to bite back into the asphalt. In a panicked swerving situation, regaining control of the vehicle would be very difficult, if not impossible.

Beyond that, if they are left on the car for every day use, are cycled irregularly, and left exposed to the elements, the tires can and will degrade in quality very quickly.

They are also technically illegal once the tire has worn down to those two little grooved strips.
