Having recommended Brennan's, I hope that everything comes out to your liking. Thraak and I both got the impression that Brennan's will not complete the job without your complete satisfaction.

Brennan's is located off of John Young Pkwy (where Lee Rd. turns into JYP) and it's address is 4198 Mercy Industrial Ct. The owner is named Dan and their phone # is (407) 295-6642.

Well I just called my claim rep. at Allstate and apparently the other's girl's insurance, AIG, doesn't want to take claim of responsibility. However they are still "investigating" and want to see pictures of my damage. I call so I got the name of the AIG rep. and her number and she can hopefully expect a call from my lawyer aka "Dad", soon. I just hope he's not in depos today or court.

I used to have AIG and they dont ever want to pay for anything.
Good job on claiming the wheel though.

I'm not too familar with State Farm but I've had All State before and switched back and I don't have any complaints with them. The accident forgiveness is a nice thing, especially once the "No-Fault" law dissipitates in a couple months.

And yes, Brennan's is in Orlando. I'm sorry, I wasn't aware you were in Brandon.

I think you need "DAD Esq." to make a call for you....that should shake them up a bit and move along their "investigation"

Its gonna be a he said she said type of thing. The companies will argue about it leaving you hanging so it is good you called your company to handle it.

You company will go after their and work it out. FL is a comparative negligence state so they may settle for something like 90% her fault 10% yours. They will look at points of impact and everything. Looks like you were in the aisle already so she should bear the reatest fault.

Also, someone mentioned FL being a no-fault state, that only applies to bodily injury.

I said from the begining it was a "he said, she said" type of argument since the cop could not issue a citation. And my insurance company will go after them for 100% of the repair cost after I've paid my deductible and my car is repaired.

Because I have already started the claim with Allstate, my step-dad states that I and he, can not directly call the other driver's insurance company until Allstate has said they've exhausted all their abilities to collect. I must give them the time and chance to get reimbursed however, he did instruct me to issue a letter to my insurance carrier, stating that I demand that they go after her insurance carrier and that I demand they include my deductible cost in their negotiations and reimburse me the deductible. I have been told by three different parties at Allstate that they will pursue the other driver's insurance for the total cost and reimburse me if paid, my deductible. However, they are not held by law to do so unless they receive a written demand letter.

So to cover my arse, I'll be sending a letter out immediately and as soon as I hear from Allstate that they failed (which I'm sure they will) to collect the funds and can do no more, my step-dad will be calling AIG.
