i got an Idea if your gona be at the Mega meet on the 16th bring your text pipe and $5 and i'll install it for you free at charge w/ what
JC said w/ a spark plug foulers. I have it on my car and it works no problems here so far up to you let me know

Be prepared to smell gas fumes once you put the test pipe on.

And like S2KPUDDYDAD said, any reputable shop will not make a test pipe for you. If they do and get caught, they can lose their business license and both you and the shop can get fined big time.
