This is probably abso-facto but here is a decent setup and a good amount of info:

I know I lose the trunk with a 12 but dammit I have a decent setup from my G20t install just sitting here collecting dust and I want to use them.

I've got one of John's first boxes that he made for his own car. Great guy. Great work, I'm sure he's even better now. he also makes great a-pillar tweeter mounts.It's the same sub/DIY in my first link BTW.
