I am willing to compromise on the issue.

a) I already swapped the seats out for stock seats, since I was going in a completely different direction of my car. HOWEVER, had I still had the Sparco's, swapping back would have put his car in much worse shape than it was in due to the original mounting brackets of his seats in the car.

b) Since I am currently using the stock belts, it's pretty much near impossible to give them up.

c) Is there any way to take pictures of your custom panels to see if you can actually install OEM seatbelts back in the car, since everything was replaced with your fiberglass panels?

I am sure that this can be resolved, I just want to find the least costly way to do it.

 

All I ask is that you get me the seat belts that we agreed on you dont worry about anything else. I will pay someone to work with the custom panels on my s2k and install them properly. Please reply to this post when you have the seatbelts. At that time we can make arrangements for shipping. I appreciate you doing the right thing Chad.

 

i am dealing with a problem with xistence too. still waiting on my refund that i was supp to get what is it like now 4 months and waiting..... ive recieved bout 1/3 of my refund , waiting on the rest. yeah he dosent respond to pm's either..

James, I spoke to Ztec and he's trying to get in contact with you. Basically, you give me the money that I had to spend on the rails, including the overnighting of the driver side, since I COULDN'T drive my car and then I'll give you the seatbelts. That's what I think is plenty fair, since it's somewhat odd that it took you 3 months of "not driving" your car to make a post and/or call me.

I've done plenty of good business with people on this board so I have zero reason to steal some damn seatbelts.

AJDADDI, When and where did you make a deal that his seatbelts were part of the swap? was it done though PM's or verbal?? It isn't in your original thread!
