well you cant really say that no one railing against this guy means anything...none of us know him and the only reason he began posting and the only reason he posts in this forum is to call out xistence...i dont really care who is right or wrong in this situation but i definately think this should not be played out in a public forum...this deal did not occur through s2ki...this needs to be taken behind the scenes like it has before...the last thing anyone in here wants is new members reading this crap...
Actually I have been to several meets through this forum, I know nick I've met dave and have made several other friends because of this forum. I have posted alot on this forum. And the deal was done through this forum. All of the communication was through this forum besides cellphone. So try getting your facts straight before making statements like that. All I can say is that the guy admitted to it. In good business if he doesnt make good I would not ban the guy, but I wouldnt let him sell on a forum that I care about and dont want any more problems like he has had. That is the right thing to do If he doesnt make good. I agree with you on one thing flo, I wouldnt want my members reading this either, but what happens if they didnt read this, and 5 more people get screwed? This is what a forum is for discussion. Either let them read it or dont let him sell. New members should also be protected from sellers with problems like this. Anyways thats my 2 cents and hopefully he does the right thing and if he doesnt hopefully you guys will do the right thing and take appropriate action.

[QUOTE]Even though the seats were in bad condition, I.E. rigged rails, you took them correct?

It was brought up in his "original" Honda-tech thread a loooong time ago. We went back and forth about it, since I kept telling that it was a massive pain the ass to remove the seatbelts (cracking up roll hoop covers, etc.).

...When I went to do the swap, it was brought up at the end of the whole swap, after spending forever to do it and I absentmindedly was like, "yeah whatever."

I didn't realize that I'd be spending ~$300+ on rails and shipping until AFTER I'd returned back to Gainesville.
In this quote, X shows that he had knowledge that AJ wanted the stock seatbelts before the exchange was made.

And X admits he didn't refuse to do the seatblet swap once the swap was made. "yeah whatever" is not a refusal, regardless of the work that was done.

IMO X had ample time to inspect the seats and rails at the swap. If X felt that because of the condition of the seats, that X didn't need to supply stock belts that would have been the time to do so. X did not make that known at that time. As far as we can tell, X changes his mind when X got to Gainesville and AJ was at home expecting stock belts. Thus not fufilling the original verbal contract.

IMO you should send the man stock belts.

So you're telling me that you've never had anything require more work than you expected?

I drove an hour out of my way to pick up these seats since supposedly they included "everything needed to install." Obviously, that wasn't the case and I found a car in worse shape than could have ever been expected.

I have never ripped anyone off on this site at all. Justin (spgish) got his money and I kept in constant contact with him at all times. DarkFX (who had a huge Xbox fiasco if anyone just decided to forget about it) got his money as well. I have done business with plenty of people here, not limited to Sonic (CO of the SoFla forum), chicagos2k, rick bailey, gdm s2k, scot, etc.

Just because I've had two sales not going 100% smooth does not make me a scammer.

Seatbelts were not promised, end of story.

Why don't you stop trying to use me as an example? I provided PROOF of insurance and shipping, and it wasn't even from this forum. I covered all my bases and made sure everything was right from the getgo. Its NOT my fault you are a horrible seller and it takes you months to make things right. You contradicted yourself a few times just in this thread. I honestly don't care what you do and if you make it right or not. I have sold plenty of other things and no complaints. It seems every transaction you do you find a way to screw it up. Now leave me out of this situation, you made your bed, now lay in it.

Leave you out? You jumped in yourself if you'd look at the 5th post of the thread.

Every transaction? Please, give me a break. I even offered you help during your sale, since you didn't have a power cord for the damn system, so I don't even know what your deal is.

I don't have a system

All i said was "hmm"

Anyway, this doesn't involve me so I won't be posting in it anymore. You did come through on your end with our transaction. I'll leave it at that.

By system, I meant the Xbox system. I have nothing against you Dark and I understand that I was slow on getting you the money, although the main portion of our deal went flawlessly.

In the end, there are zero people on this board that can say that they have been ripped off by me. Why on earth would I pay for a membership to rip people off, there is zero reason for it.

The sad thing is that I'm being called a "poor college student" meanwhile I'm the one who's forked over the $20 to get a membership.

I agree. I just let my anger out on the previous posts. You were nice when I met you, and paid for the socket at the store to take off the bumpers.

I know I said that was my last post, but this one will probably be
