If you know how to disassemble and rebuild calipers (it can be done if you have a access to the service manual). I'm going to go ahead and assume powercoating and baking with them with the seals still in is a bad idea.

all powder coat should be high temp since you have to bake them in an oven that is over 400 degrees.

That is not correct although it would seem that way. There is a such thing as high temp powder

Another noob question...

Is it ok to put clearcoat over the baked powder?

Say the calipers as an example. Powdercoat then add a couple s2k stickers then a couple coats of clear. Or that just a bad idea?

Thats a good question. Dont quote me on this but I see no reason you could not do it. The again the paint comes out of the oven very shiny if cured properly.
