My power steering is only working on left turns, whether I am moving or not.

It even assists at different rates when turning left.

I'm assuming a sensor(s) of some sort.

I've had the issue for some time, but this is the worst it has ever been.

First check if the battery and/or alternator are working 100%

 

Funny you mention that, my battery hasn't been holding a charge.
