Well tonight was really great then terrible. Let's start from the top...
After dinner I went with a friend and picked up a volt meter and got a true test on my ESM. It read 2.93v... Perfect which brought on the next test that needed to be conducted- fuel pressure. I went to another guy's house and picked up a fuel pressure kit that had every fitting known to man and we hooked it up to my fuel rail. It read 14psi at idle (About 30psi shy). After some kink tests we determined that the FMU was just letting fuel go right through it.
I pulled it off and found the problem right as I was putting it in the box to send back to Comptech. The output line fitting was mounted to the wrong tap on the unit. It was allowing fuel to pass freely therefore no pressure. After a quick change we mounted it back up and the car started perfectly. It even revved freely. WOW was I happy. I got in and started to drive to Davinci when it just died right on the road. No start and a lot of pushing back to my house and here I am. Fuel pressure is good so I'm thinking the ESM must have gotten pulled on the journey. Or at least I hope that's what it is..

Finally! That's the best way to describe the feeling. She starts, she idles, and she accelerates. No CEL's, no pops, no smoke =
I have to wait for the guys at davinci to hook up the sensors to "tune" the A/F. I have it running rich right now and it still feels like a different car. I havent WOT or come close and it still feels like a different animal.
