It's going to be a close one. 3 hours until my family is here and I am just now getting a ride back to the garage... Hopefully no more gliches *crosses fingers*

almost pulled a Ron

Hyedracyl's tool was unharmed and we changed out the pulleys.
Can't believe hyedracyl got his off while working alone. Sounds like this pulley removal tool is made well. (Hey! how is hyedracyl, anyway?)

Have you got another pic of your install status, folex187? Looks like your spearco box is "label-less"?

Sorry about the pics guys. I took them on my friends camera and he is yet to send them..

Ok, here's the update: Tonight went less perfect than last night. The install went without a problem but there was a problem when it came to the car actually running.. Long story short it really doesn't run. I was able to get it home (barely) and will definitely need to take it to someone tomorrow. I am thinking it is waaay too rich but I do not want to change anything with the FMU until I get a good A/F reading.

BUMMIN!

Well, today I went to start the car to take it up to the shop and it will not even start. Comptech thinks it's an ESM wiring problem but I have checked all the connections and they seem as strong as they can get. I am really wishing I would have never purchased this thing.

Can you take the ESM out of the loop . I don't think the S/C needs it., does it? Maybe our great wiring job was not that great.

Alex... Any luck yet... I have been monitoring your thread in Forced Induction to see what progress you have been making. Have you had a chance to install the fuel pressure gauge?

Please keep us updated.

Basically I rewired the ESM last night. I made sure the connections were rock solid and heat wrapped everything. The ESM is not the issue. The FPR is not the issue, the S/C is not the issue, the air lines are not the issue... Everything seems to work fine but my car doesn't drive. I'm giving it till tonight then I'm pulling it off and hopefully my car still works.

Did you try closing up the gap on the spark plugs, I have read in the FI section that you should go to a colder Plug and close the gap to .028. I think they are using Denso Iridium Ik-27 which is one step colder. The SC increases the cylinder pressures and makes it harder for the plugs to lite the fires also the cyl temp is raised so the colder plug brings plug temps back into range. Just a suggestion
