Damn Alex, I can't believe that you had such trouble with this thing. Mine wasn't too bad to get in, and yes, I did do the whole job by myself.

Broke the breaker bar? You must be knee deep in tools made in Taiwan to pull that one off! My supercharger has been leaking oil (from an indeterminant location on the supercharger unit itself) since I put the thing in. That said, it's been on for about 7K miles now - enduring one trip to Roebling Road (Pooler, GA) in that period without much trouble.

I lost an oil fitting on that track trip, and the performance has been "different" ever since that fitting was "temporarily" replaced with a grease gun hose. I have extra braided stainless steel lines in my tool box if you'd like one to use in hooking up an oil pressure gauge, let me know.

The pulley removal tool is a godsend, and you guys can return it any time. I'm thinking that Mike will drag me to Babler this weekend, so perhaps that will be a good time to send it back my direction (until the next guy/girl needs it that is).

Maybe (just maybe) this supercharger business isn't such a good idea

The mostly OEM cars seem to be trouble free, except for the occasional rock chips, scrapes and such.

Greg- I'm sorry I haven't returned this to you yet. I have toyed with taking this thing off about a hundred times now. I will bring it to the Chili fest for sure. I took the car out for a short drive this evening for the first time in about 10 days. I installed new plugs and I wanted to see if they made any difference. I threw a CEL when I got out of my driveway and the car drove like S*#& after that. AHHHHHH! I'm going to pull my hair out.

Mike- I got your messages a little late. I just got my phone back. I had to retire the 3200.

Take the supercharger off???? NOT A CHANCE FOR ME AT LEAST!

I've never "tuned" mine, but I'm sure that there is more power available in it yet. See you tomorrow.
