I got a chance to get on it a little bit tonight. First gear is wicked. I had a passenger and I still bounced off the rev (I wasn't hammering the gas either) 2nd has a couple problems because I'm running rich right now to keep it safe until I get some absolute readings so it is not as strong as it will be. This thing makes some crazy noises...
I am glad to hear that you finally got it all working, your friend that helped you put it on works in the shop next to me here at Scott AFB and has been keeping me up to date about the whole install. ( I think he told you about me) I am really looking forward to seeing the finished product and meeting everyone in the group! I should have mine back by next Friday and my work schedule should be calming down as well. Maybe when I get back from Iraq you can help me put on some kind of forced induction since you are an expert at it now?!
See you soon,
Adam

Adam- What's up man. I told Robby to make sure you knew about the Gateway forum. I'm glad to see you made it in here. My setup is complete (technically) but it is not running how it should. During the many reinstalls of ESM boxes I managed to mess up the BARO sensor inside the ecu. Hopefully when I get a new one it will be good to go.
What kind of FI you thinking? The install of the Comptech (minus the million problems that we had due to the FMU) is easy. I'd say with the aid of Robby's amazing garage and tools we could do the whole thing in a night. If you aren't busy you should come out to NOPI tomorrow. We were all out there today and I am showing my car tomorrow.

I have known about the Gateway club for a while now, I started talking with 8Ball right before I moved from New Mexico to come here and he was helping me out with the whole transition. (I will meet up with him soon!) I have not made up my mind yet on turbo or S/C but I know I want to do something so I am very interested in seeing yours. It will be nice to be around some S2K's for once! I was telling 8Ball that I really wanted to come down to the show today but I got put on standby yesterday and I will not be able to go. Do you live by Scott? I live in Fairview Heights kind of by the mall.

Alex.... Nice job on the install. Looks very clean. Can't wait to get a ride.
Will not be joinin g you today at NOPI. It was too long of a walk and way to hot for me. It's suppose to be 102+ today, so stay cool.

Greeting all! I've been in vegas for 5 days.
Is it how it should be?? No. I really dont know whats up but I think its a combination of a bad 02 sensor in combination with some fried spark plugs. The FPR checked out ok at comptech.
