For those planning on running Gateway Sat.
You're right Nick, I tend to stay mid track in the oval and then begin a slow decent to the apex. I didn't feel as comfortable this time as I have in the past, so I did not keep my foot to the floor through the oval - as I have in the past. Not every day is the same out there! Tire pressures are probably greatly involved in this calculation. I did not bring my temperature gauge, so I couldn't dial in my pressures over the course of the day.
I think that Keith's lowered ride height could really translate into a significant drag advantage, and that snorkel could translate into a ram-air (positive pressure) effect at tripple digit speeds. That could very well explain his ability to accelerate better out of the oval. I sold my snorkel, thinking that the supercharger would render it unecessary. Oh well...

I do the same on the oval... I exit out of 7 wide to right, then move into the middle of the track, then just about more than half way through the oval part, I'm full on the throttle... then I just straighten out and drift over to the right side of the track.
