Now this guy send me a message saying that the package arrived by 1215.... How does that change the fact that I was qouted 175 for shipping and he paid 116. EIther way, I agreed to pay the shipping costs for next day, not to be ripped off. I'm really starting to get pissed at this guy...

From the seller:

i don't have account with ups and we have to drive 11 miles to ups so i just us dhl.
Does this not sound like he knew DHL would be cheaper and intentionally quoted me UPS service, knowing he had no intention of using UPS. He quoted UPS delivery by 9:30am.... Shipped DHL delivery by 3:00pm. 175.04 v 116.__ And the guy doesnt think he owes me anything.
