I am doing a new ride on Mondays at 6PM at the Cabin John Trail. Meeting up at the trailhead on Tuckerman Lane.

You know... Cabin John actually isn't too bad of a drive from work. No longer than going home. I'd just have to change here.

Ride is on. The casual ride will probably be really slow to help people deal with the heat.

Drink extra water all day long, show up super hydrated.
