Rick, Does this mean you are going to sponsor me a Mugen CAI?

Thank you very much. Mike
Hahaha! I can barely sponsor myself... and I'm not talking about Mugen parts either.

You know, I haven't kept up with all the different intakes for the S, but tell me how the Mugen compares with the "cheaper" ones on the market? What's the justification on spending $1k more for a Mugen other than the name?

Sorry, Kent
Didn't mean for this to get off track.
This post was about choice of Header for the S2K. Check some of the "S2000 Talk" and "Under the Hood" forum search engines. There are a lot of pro's and con's there.

The reason I went with the Amuse header was because I purchased the Amuse exhaust. I was going to use a Mugen header but the guys at Bulletproof did not recommend mixing the two different brands. The Amuse exhaust was designed to run best with the Amuse header.

I am happy with my Amuse header. It took longer to get the stock one out than to install the Amuse header which just slid right up into place. No clearance issues.

As McCurry stated stay away from DC (Lose power) and Toda (Welds break).

Mike
