Unhappy Never-gonna-run Build Thread

Ok so for nearly the past year and a half Ive been putting this thing together and it has gone through 3 setups overall. The motor was yanked outa the car in front of my house with no lift and will definitely go back in the car by other means. A lot of things arent pictured but I tried to get most of everything that has any significance or isnt piled up downstairs. At this point the car is looking like it will be finished before I am through with school. The car WILL be daily driven (not 7 days a week). The dd tune will be on ~18-20 and high boost will be set at 35psi on E85 . Many thanks go to my tuner as well as the several friends that have lent a hand in tearing this thing apart. Much gratitude to the friends and members that have supplied many of these parts . The cars setup consists of the following:

Well since I was charged with a crime by our state partol for flipping the bird to a woman who tailgated me because she was "offended" , I suppose if I tried to pull an engine in a public street I would get 3 to 5 in the pen. Glad you can get away with it.

Haha thanks guys thats just how I roll I guess. Really was a batch gettin the motor off the tranny without a lift. Its in a private neighboorhood so the only people that bitch are neighbors, but I havent neccessarily been known to care about what some of them say

Howd you manage to get a ticket for flippin somebody off? Should have told the cop it was just your friendly way of waving

I took the motor to Darius from Driv3n and he is the one that took it apart to send the bare block to AEBS. He will reassemble it and Ill put it back in the car, then bring it back to him to be tuned.
Just takes time man. Save money and youll get it done

Damn, how nice to be able to throw that kind of money at your S. I guess when you still "Fking roll" with Mom and Dad I guess you can do that. When they finally kick you out are you going to have to part it?

Tree + engine pull on the side of the road = definition of a shade tree mechanic.

Looking good man.

get rid of those acl bearings, don't wanna ruin your new motor if the clearances aren't correct. and i doubt every single one will be within spec.

everything else looks good. including doing the motor swap in the street lol

Hahaha preciate the comments still goin to school so Im not able to move (easily ). Ill transfer to UNC Charlotte next fall and be able to keep my job so hopefully to goodness a partout wont be neccessary.

Lack of garage = yank motor in road gotta do what I can

What bearings do you recommend man? I had the guy thats assembling the motor order everything at one time and he assured me the bearings were A+, as theyre the only ones he uses. I dont know if youre familiar with the name, but its Darius from Driv3n. Hes pretty damn well know on the east coast but yea please let me know what bearings you use or WOULD use, I can still have him return them
