Post Questions..

Ok..i saw a guy at a honda dealership and he said "if i switch to KN air filter it will be better for the car, since the s2k likes to suck on major cold air."what you guys think...sorry guys...i'm just getting started in the fun of sports cars, and now since i bought one for my own i like to know what i'm doing before i do it. any suggestions on the air filter? i would like to tune my car to make it a little bit faster, i want to keep it simple since it's already fast as it is. just want a little bit more boost to it. any suggestions? i'm willing to listen and learn. i know i'm a NOOB..

Yes a K&N Air filter will help it breath better. Dont expect nothing major its just a filter. I would wait till your stock filter gets dirty then change it out.

That guy sounds like an idiot. If you plan on keeping stock air box just gut it out and add kn drop if your planning on getting an intake whether it be a cold air short ram don't bother with a drop in.

Just do a drop in when it's time to replace. Just don't expect much.

Save your bolt on money for turbo, SC, or ITB's.

Being that your a student paying for the car and your schooling, I'd suggest not wasting your money on products that will make minimal to no gains. Keep the engine components stock and reliable (as this is probably your daily driver) so you can finish school. Once your out and have a good paying job, buy a daily driver and drop a supercharger or turbo for the S.

turbo = turbocharger
SC = supercharger
ITB = individual throttle bodies
