I came from a WRX with BPU Engine/Suspension upgrades. In terms of steering feel and communication to the driver, the EVO is leaps and bounds further than my WRX was, even with the mods. IMO, the S2K surpasses the EVO in that department. The steering is so direct, the throttle is so responsive, and the car is so flickable that it really doesn't compare to much else out there.

That said, if you want to upgrade for power, go with the EVO everytime. So much power to be had on the cheap with those cars it's ridiculous. I bought the S knowing that performance upgrades are basically useless unless you're talking supercharger, and even then it's expensive.
