Question Been Lurking Since I Got Mine in October, Now I Need Help

Hey everyone, I got this very far from perfect 2000 Ap1 back in October. So far I've replaced a few things, but it seems the interior got rained on a lot before me. Seats are stripped, there was a pool of rust water sitting at the bottom when I went to re-grease the shifter (which by the way, I had to pry out with a crowbar). Cleaned the torque sensor, replaced the thermostat (awful experience), and now I'm on to the next thing I need to fix. Unfortunately, no matter how many diagrams I look at or posts I lurk on, I cannot figure out what this part is called. The reason I want to replace this is because it has been very obviously replaced improperly and I'm getting a TON of wind noise. I've tried other fixes but I'm sure this has at least a huge part in it. So if anyone knows what this stupid strip the soft top comes down and rests on is called and maybe could even link where to buy one, I would greatly appreciate it!

I don't know how obvious it is here, but there is a huge bump between the frame and hard top (also peep everything else I need to eventually redo)

I pointed out exactly what I'm talking about, you can see the material change right where the arrow points. It goes from this rubber tubing(?) to something more like foam. I only get really bad wind noise on the driver side, which is the side with the "foam"

Thats's the windshield molding. I think i have a few of them, i'll check my parts when i get home tonight and let you know.

Typically wind noise is caused by loose latches. Is there any play in your latches? Do you strikers look worn?
