Default Coil pack questions I couldn't answer myself

Ok. I've gone down the rabbit hole and hit a wall. I'm trying to swap my coils on my 2001 ap1. I'm throwing random misfire, multiple misfire and misfire codes on cyl 1 2 and 4. I got 4 coils from my co workers dad. He runs an auto wrecker. I told him that rsx could would fit and I do believe he grabbed a set of coils of a civic. They look different from my ap1 coils but they look like the 04 05 coils I've seen in videos.

I don't have my factory coil to check the numbers, but a video I watched had 099700-0430 on the factory coils
the coils I got from the wrecker are denso... Made in USA not Japan though, and the number is 099700-116. If anybody has info that could help

This is the coil the auto wrecker gave me
out I'd be super happy. As far as I know my car is a Canadian car (based on the drl setup and also I live in Canada and bought it here. I think the coils are out of a 08 CRV. I'm in over my head. I want to know if I'll blow my car up if I try these, or if I can get away with it. I've had no luck on other threads or I wouldn't ask. Thanks and sorry.

I don't get why you'd replace tired old coils with another set of tired old coils. Plus I've seen out of adjustment valves cause this issue your experiencing.

Get new proper ones, Denso #673-2301 from Rockauto is only $37 each.
They are for the 04-05 models but work just as good for the earlier ones.

I changed the coils to see I mine were bad. Thanks for the suggestion though. New plugs in and other coils on didn't improve the situation. Guess I'll compression test it next.
