i am moderatly hard on mine and have 48k miles. I do not launch or spin the tires. Wheel hop is a killer. I never spin my tires unless its while Im in a turn going slightly sideways. dont let it wheel hop though

It's the shock that kills. Slip your clutch a little to take the slack out of the drive train and then go. Popping the clutch is like whacking two hammers together.
