Default Good Deal?

Good deal?

What do you guys think? Im on the search for a s2k and this sounds like a pretty good deal to me. I just wish it wasnt a 2001 because of the plastic rear window. But other than that it looks like a damn good deal. Comments much apreciated..

Below is the carfax for the vehicle. Looks like it has had quite a few owners and was sold a an auction to the current dealer. The current dealer probably got the car for around $16,000 or so accordingly to Manhiem (dealer auction). So $17,000 or so is fair as long as it is still in good condition

Keep looking, I got my s2000 with less miles for less at a dealer (bought it around 3 weeks ago, so it's current), granted it is one year older, I wouldn't pay a premium just because it;s one year newer, and the 2001 have a lot of the same problems (thanks xviper for helping me figure some of them out btw ) as the 2000 so it isn't like you're getting a 2002.
