Default Hello! 03 Red S2K

Hey guys - I am the new owner of a 2003 Honda S2K. I paid 13.6k for the car and I know it’s probably a little higher than I should have paid, but I decided to pull the trigger. The car has 90k miles and I am the third owner. The 1st owner was in Maryland drove the car for the first 88k miles. She was an older black lady and garage kept the car both at home and work. She serviced the car every 3k miles at the dealer and handed me the paperwork for every oil change done to the car. There was a small accident at point that didn’t end up on the Carfax, but did result in a new hood, new front bumper and two new headlights a few years ago ($5k worth of work all done at the Honda dealer and documented). The second owner (late 50's gearhead) purchased the car and ended up finding another car he needed more and decided to sell the car after 2 months of owning it. He purchased the car from Maryland and trailered it all the way back to Kansas City. He installed an aftermarket head unit ($400) and new speakers and tweeters ($500). Other than that, the car is bone stock which is a huge reason I decided on this car. Brand new tires on it now, it will need some brake pads pretty soon. I took the car to the local Honda dealer and had them inspect it ($135) before I bought it and it came back perfect minus the breaks. I would give the paint a 9/10, even if you tried your best you can’t find more then 4 SMALL dents on the body, two tiny paint chips and the leathers inside is in incredible condition. I'll get some more pics soon, but here she is as she sits!

Welcome to the forum

Don't worry about overpaying, it looks like the car was well taken care of Plus the values for these cars are going up.

And you got an AP2 front bumper which is nice, throw an OEM front lip on there and you're all set

Probably many of us think we over paid for our S2Ks. However, the more you drive your S2K and are around it the less you will think about what you paid and more about how much fun you are having.
