I final took the S2000 plunge (yesterday). Anybody have any idea about how long for front spoilers and rear wings? Dealer said 1 week, but I think that was pretty aggressive (of course working the sale).

Break in is 500 miles with no +5000 rpms??????

Most online retailers have them in stock.
plus you'll get a better price than from the dealership.
Delay would be based on shipping.

H and A has Installation instructions in PDF format
Front lip is fairly simple to install. Rear wing requires drilling of the trunk, so proceed based on you ability. (IMO, I'd let someone else handle that install on my car)

The rule is to not VTEC (over 6K RPM) for the 1st 600 miles.
